2nd Line Technician

A respected public sector organisation in West Yorkshire is seeking a capable Second Line DDaT Technician to join its established digital and technology function. This role supports a range of critical services and requires someone who can deliver reliable technical support while contributing to ongoing improvement projects.

In this position you will provide second line support to operational teams and business functions across multiple sites. You will use your existing knowledge and experience to maintain service levels and play an active part in the delivery of key DDaT projects. The role suits someone who can work well within a team environment, use initiative and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Key experience required:

• Strong skills in end user computing and AV support across hardware and software
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365
• Basic network support skills
• Ability to manage workloads and support both BAU activity and project delivery
• A valid UK driving license is required due to travel between sites
