We are hiring for multiple roles that span AI security, compliance, and engineering—each contributing to the development and governance of AI agents, automation workflows, and enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft technologies.
AI Security Engineer
Responsible for embedding security, privacy, and regulatory controls into AI systems, including Microsoft Copilot, custom agents, and generative AI applications. This role ensures alignment with frameworks such as the EU AI Act, GDPR, and FCA guidance, and integrates tools like Microsoft Purview to enforce data governance and compliance.
Power Platform AI Engineer
Leads the development of intelligent workflows and conversational agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Power Apps. This role focuses on integrating AI with enterprise systems, orchestrating agentic workflows, and deploying secure, scalable solutions using Azure AI services.
Key Responsibilities
AI Security & Compliance
- Embed security-by-design and privacy-by-design into AI workflows and agents.
- Define controls for data access, model transparency, human oversight, and audit logging.
- Conduct technical risk assessments and support onboarding of new AI systems.
- Translate regulatory requirements into engineering guidelines and reusable controls.
- Integrate security into CI/CD and MLOps pipelines using Azure Key Vault, Entra ID, and GitHub Actions.
- Monitor AI systems using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
AI Governance & Microsoft Purview
- Implement data classification, DLP policies, and access controls using Microsoft Purview.
- Support compliance reporting and audit trails for AI-related data flows.
- Collaborate with governance leads to assess and onboard AI systems in line with internal and external standards.
- Power Platform & Agentic AI Development
- Build conversational agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Develop Power Automate flows and Power Apps integrated with GenAI services.
- Architect agentic workflows using Semantic Kernel, Azure OpenAI, and Planner APIs.
- Integrate with Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook for enterprise data access.
- Deploy solutions using AKS, Azure Container Apps, and enforce identity controls via Entra ID.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong technical background in AI/ML systems and secure product design.
Hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Power Platform (Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Azure AI Services, Microsoft Graph API, and Semantic Kernel
- Microsoft Purview for data governance and compliance
- Azure Key Vault, RBAC, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps
- Programming proficiency in Python and/or C#
Familiarity with:
- Responsible AI frameworks (e.g., NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001)
- Regulatory standards (EU AI Act, GDPR, FCA guidance)
- LangChain, AutoGen, Azure AI Search, Form Recognizer, and Language Services
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Experience working in cross-functional teams across engineering, legal, and risk domains
