Rate: Approx. £550–£650 per day (Inside IR35)

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Digital Programme Lead to drive digital transformation across Adult Social Care.

The role will focus on improving the use of technology, data, and digital systems to support service delivery, commissioning, and improved outcomes for residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation programmes within Adult Social Care
• Improve the use of data and analytics to support commissioning decisions
• Support implementation of digital systems and technology-enabled care solutions
• Work with partners across the local authority and the Integrated Care Board to improve system integration.

Key Requirements

• Experience leading digital transformation programmes in local government or health
• Knowledge of Adult Social Care systems and data environments
• Strong programme and stakeholder management skills.
