Field Marketing Manager

Job Title: Field Marketing Manager Location: Hybrid (contracted office: Reading or London)Duration: 12-month Fixed Term Contract (07/07/2025 – 06/07/2026)

Overview:

A leading global technology company is seeking a results oriented, enthusiastic, and creative Field Marketing Manager. This is a multi-faceted role working at the frontline of field marketing activity, collaborating closely with Sales, Business Development, and wider regional marketing teams.

The ideal candidate is commercially minded, adept across the full marketing mix, and has a passion for driving impact through strategic campaign planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities: Campaign Planning & Execution
  • Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to build awareness, generate leads, and progress prospects through the sales funnel

  • Support outbound call campaigns with tailored messaging and sales enablement materials

  • Collaborate with global and regional marketing, digital, events, partner marketing, and PR teams to maintain a unified calendar of activities

Performance Analysis & Reporting
  • Evaluate campaign performance and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to ensure lead and pipeline targets are met or exceeded

  • Monitor lead generation metrics and pipeline development, providing regular reporting to stakeholders

  • Deliver campaign execution metrics and updates to sales leaders

Stakeholder Management
  • Build strong relationships with Sales and Business Development teams to align marketing efforts with go to market priorities

  • Contribute to segmentation and campaign planning based on sales plays and regional strategies

  • Deliver campaign briefings and support materials to ensure alignment and adoption by sales teams

  • Manage third party vendors and publishers to maximize campaign impact and reach

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Degree or formal qualification in Marketing (preferred)

  • 5+ years' experience in B2B marketing, with proven hands on delivery of multi channel campaigns and events

  • Experience in the software, technology, or public sector industries is highly desirable

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong project management abilities with exceptional attention to detail

  • Proven ability to work across complex teams and multiple geographies
