Intelligence And Analysis Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Intelligence & Analysis Manager to join a large public sector organisation within Children's Services. This role will lead the delivery of business intelligence, performance reporting, and data analytics to support service improvement and better outcomes for children and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business intelligence, performance reporting, and data analysis activities.
- Manage and develop a team of analysts.
- Develop Power BI dashboards and self-service reporting solutions.
- Produce performance reports, insights, and predictive analysis to support decision-making.
- Deliver statutory returns and ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance.
- Support reporting development for case management systems and service transformation programmes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, operational teams, and ICT to enhance reporting and data capabilities.
- Provide intelligence-led insights and performance advice to senior leaders.
- Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, audits, inspections, and service reviews.
Requirements
- Significant experience in business intelligence, performance reporting, and analytics.
- Experience working within Children's Services, ideally Children's Social Care or Early Help.
- Advanced Power BI and SQL skills.
- Proven experience developing dashboards, reports, and management information.
- Knowledge of statutory reporting requirements, GDPR, and data governance.
- Experience working with Liquid Logic or similar case management systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing and developing analytical teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.
