Rate: £450 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35)

Working pattern: Flexible hybrid working – 1–2 days per week onsite

Our client is seeking an experienced Intelligence and Analysis Manager with essential knowledge of Children’s Services to join their team.

About the Role

You will support the Intelligence and Analysis Lead and senior managers across the Children and Families system, helping to develop and use business intelligence to improve outcomes for children and families.

You will be responsible for managing a team of analysts who will:

• Develop innovative technical solutions to embed self-service reporting
• Analyse both quantitative and qualitative data
• Produce high-quality intelligence that proactively informs service development and delivery, supporting the organisation’s vision

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and other IPET colleagues to ensure a joined-up approach to project delivery and service improvement.

Key Priorities

This role will support delivery against several key programmes, including:

• Implementation of a new case management system (Liquidlogic)
• Implementation of Families First
• Responding to the SEND reforms

Key Responsibilities

• Line management and professional leadership of an analytical team
• Development of user stories
• Production of technical data specifications
• Extraction of complex datasets from the data warehouse
• Data validation and testing
• Design, development, and implementation of Power BI reports and dashboards
