Location: London (Hybrid Role - 3 Days a week in office)Contract Role
About the Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented Document / Records Management Specialist to support our client's HR team as they prepare for a major migration to a cloud-based document management system.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a passion for compliance and data integrity.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain and update the Records Retention Inventory
- Identify and separate non-records from official files
- Review records scheduled for destruction, execute secure disposal, and certify destruction
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and GDPR throughout the process
What We’re Looking For
- Strong administrative skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Well experienced with supporting Sharepoint migrations / storage on Sharepoint
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with HR team members
- Experience in records management and GDPR knowledge preferred
- Familiarity with HR policies and practices is an advantage
