Venn Group Security Architec t DV Clearance minimum Hybrid Wiltshire Daily rate: £650 to £750 DOE Initial contract to March’26 – Extension likely Inside IR35

Brief description The Security Architect will create and design security for the NSOIT solution, covering the following:• Working with the Solution Design Authority to provide security input into the development and refinement of OpNET’s technological roadmap and High-Level Design (HLD) for the NSOIT solution • Determining the interoperability, dependencies, and interactions between the infrastructure, platform, and the software environment from a security perspective• Providing security input into developing, architecting, and documenting NSOIT Intermediate Level Design (ILD) infrastructure solutions for the Development team to implement, ensuring their coherence across the OpNET solution and compliance with applicable security standards and policies• Reviewing and approving Low and Detailed Level Design (LLD and DLD) solutions and supporting artefacts to ensure compliance with applicable security standards

Job Responsibilities• Provide expert security input into OpNET's technical roadmap and High-Level Designs (HLDs) for the NSOIT solution.• Design Intermediate Level Designs (ILDs) that align to MOD policies and industry best practices.• Review and assure Low-Level Designs (LLDs) and Detailed-Level Designs (DLDs).• Identify system vulnerabilities and advise on mitigation strategies.• Assess and review third-party services for security compliance.• Define and document security elements within the architectural runway, guiding platform and cyber teams (eg, logging, antivirus, cyber defence, Firewall configuration).
