SENIOR CAMPAIGNS MANAGER

This role focuses on sourcing, understanding, validating, and communicating customer intent and insight data to inform go-to-market strategy. With an emphasis on volume and velocity through the funnel, experience in defining strategic allbound programmes is essential.

Responsibilities Strategic Planning and Execution
  • Lead and define campaign strategy to drive funnel impact aligned with pipeline and ARR objectives.
  • Research, develop, validate, and communicate strategic go-to-market sales plays based on customer intent and insight data.
  • Provide market context and horizon scanning to support strategic planning and forecast short-, medium-, and long-term trends.
  • Deliver analysis and recommendations to marketing and sales stakeholders to refine go-to-market approaches.
  • Own end-to-end campaign governance to ensure strong justification and execution excellence.
  • Align content strategy and identify gaps to ensure coherent, audience-appropriate messaging.
Optimization
  • Champion strategic campaign approaches across stakeholder groups, identifying opportunities to extend reach and improve ROI.
  • Refine and optimize intent and insight sources to maintain relevance and accuracy.
  • Manage vendor relationships to maximize campaign opportunities and stay aligned with emerging technologies and best practices.
  • Identify high-impact opportunities to influence and convert target audiences throughout the funnel.
Campaign Analysis and Reporting
  • Review campaign performance across channels with marketing and sales leadership.
  • Provide detailed analysis and recommendations, implementing changes to enhance campaign impact.
  • Monitor pipeline performance and collaborate with the marketing team to take corrective actions as needed.
Stakeholder Management and Communication
  • Develop and deliver campaign briefings and support sales teams and business units to ensure campaign success.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to plan activities, report performance, and gather feedback.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to optimize campaign assets and ensure amplification of activities.
  • Manage third-party vendors and publishers to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications & Key Skills
  • Marketing qualifications (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience delivering B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Creative and data-driven, with the ability to justify strategic approaches.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Proven commitment to collaborative teamwork.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Experience pitching campaign concepts and strategies to diverse audiences.
  • Background in software or technology is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; additional European language is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and deadline compliance.
  • Solid project management capabilities.
  • Experience in high-growth environments with a focus on demand generation.
  • Comfortable working across complex teams and multiple geographies.
