Client Practice Lead – Insurance (London)

The Role

Lead and scale Venquis’ Insurance practice in London (and EMEA) — driving revenue, building senior client relationships, and evolving our offering into a solutions-led, EMEA-wide model for the AI era.

You will leverage a flexible, multi-location delivery model, accessing the best talent and capability across technology, data, AI and automation.

This is a player-coach role: win business, lead a capable team, deliver client outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

• Win and grow clients across the Insurance market
• Sell beyond roles into team builds, projects, and transformation solutions
• Support clients in building AI, data and automation capability
• Own the full sales cycle — from origination to close
• Leverage EMEA-wide delivery capability to solve client needs
• Lead and develop a small team of Client Solution Consultants
• Build long-term, senior client relationships

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong track record in Insurance recruitment or talent solutions
• Proven ability to win and grow client accounts
• Experience leading with clients, candidates, employees - to be clear this is a sales leadership role.
• Commercially sharp and outcome-focused
• Credible, adaptable, and resilient
• Motivated to build a scalable practice
