Release Manager
We are looking for a Junior Release Manager to join our N1 team and support the end-to-end management of frontend and backend releases across our scrum sub-teams. You will be the operational backbone of our release process — keeping schedules on track, stakeholders informed, and development teams aligned on quality gates.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Own and maintain the release schedule across frontend and backend tracks, ensuring timely planning and execution.
• Monitor release progress and proactively flag risks, blockers, or deviations from the plan.
• Manage all release-related communication toward internal and external stakeholders, keeping them informed on status, timelines, and outcomes.
• Produce clear and structured release reports, including post-release summaries and recurring status updates.
• Coordinate with development teams on re-open cases, ensuring alignment on acceptance criteria and resolution timelines.
• Support the tracking and verification of acceptance criteria across releases, working closely with QA and product.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 0–2 years of experience in release management, project coordination, or a similar operational role in a tech environment.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycles and agile/scrum methodologies.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — you keep things tidy and on schedule.
• Clear communicator, both written and verbal, comfortable engaging with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without dropping the ball. • Proactive mindset — you flag issues early and follow through until they are resolved. • Familiarity with release tooling (Jira, Confluence, CI/CD pipelines)
