Thisisaseniorleadershiproleresponsibleforensuringcoreoperational,logisticsandterminalsystemsarestable,scalableandalignedtobusinessgrowth.Youwillleadamultidisciplinaryteamspanningapplications,systemsanalysisanddevelopmentwhilepartneringcloselywithoperations,engineeringandseniorITleadership.
Theroleofferssignificantscopetoshapeandmodernisesystems,improveautomationanddrivedata-ledperformanceacrossalarge-scaleoperationalenvironment.
LocationisflexibleacrosstheUKwithregulartraveltooperationalsitesincludingSouthWales,theSouthCoastandtheHumberregion.
TheRole
Youwilltakeownershipofthesystemsandapplicationsthatenableday-to-dayoperationalperformanceacrosslogistics,terminalsandengineeringfunctions.

Leadingthesupport,maintenanceanddevelopmentofoperationalandlogisticssystemsacrossmultiplesites
Managinganddevelopingateamofsolutionmanagers,analystsandtechnicalspecialists
Overseeingdeliveryofsystemenhancements,integrationsandnewcapabilitiesalignedtobusinesspriorities
ActingastheseniorpointofcontactbetweenITandoperationalstakeholders
Drivingcontinuousimprovement,automationandperformanceoptimisationthroughtechnology
Managingvendors,systemintegratorandthird-partytechnologypartners
Ensuringstrongserviceperformanceacrossincident,problemandchangemanagement
