AI Data Consultant – Financial Services - £85,000 + Package – Leeds (Hybrid)

Leading Financial Services client now requires a strong AI Consultant to design, build, and deploy machine learning solutions on large-scale datasets.

This role focuses on turning complex data into actionable insights and production-ready AI models.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions.
• Work with large, complex datasets to extract insights and drive decision-making.
• Build data pipelines and prepare datasets for modelling.
• Apply advanced analytics to use cases such as prediction, risk modelling, and recommendation systems.
• Evaluate model performance and optimise for accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into AI solutions.
• Communicate findings clearly through visualisation and storytelling.

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in machine learning and AI model development.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with cloud-based AI platforms (e.g., model development and deployment).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Experience building predictive models in real-world applications.

This is a permanent position which provides a base salary of up to £85,000, plus bonus and package.

In terms of working structure, this is hybrid with 2-3 days per week in their Leeds office and the rest remote.
