Analytics and Data Science Manager – London - £70,000 – Hybrid

We are looking for an experienced Analytics & Data Science Manager to lead a team of analytical professionals and help drive the effective use of data across the organisation.

This role will combine people leadership, stakeholder engagement, and analytical expertise to deliver insight, support better decision-making, and help shape the future direction of data and analytics capabilities.

Key requirements

• Proven experience leading and developing analytics, data science, or insight teams.
• Strong ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
• Experience delivering analytical solutions, including predictive modelling, automation, or machine learning.
• Confident working with senior stakeholders and influencing data-driven decision making.
• Understanding of data governance, responsible AI, and analytical best practice.
• Experience with modern cloud data and analytics platforms.
• Strong communication, coaching, and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to balance strategic initiatives with delivering practical business outcomes.
