Business Analyst – HEBCI Review

We’re supporting a leading Higher Education institution in London to recruit an experienced Business Analyst to deliver an end-to-end review of their HEBCI (Higher Education Business & Community Interaction) return process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a full ‘as-is’ review of HEBCI data collection, validation and submission
• Engage stakeholders across Finance, Research & Innovation and academic departments
• Facilitate workshops and document business processes
• Identify risks, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Elicit and document clear business requirements

Key Skills:

• Proven Business Analyst experience delivering IT-enabled change
• Strong skills in process modelling, requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement
• Experience in Higher Education or statutory returns (HEBCI desirable)

Rate: £447 per day Inside IR35

Duration: 3 months

Location: Hybrid/Central London (1 day per week required on site)
