Business Process Analyst – Pharma
Rate: £400p/d (Inside of IR35)
Working Arrangement: Mostly Remote (Brentford)
Duration: 3-Month Initial Contract
We’re supporting a leading pharmaceutical organisation on a major technology transformation and are looking for a Business Process Analyst to play a key role in shaping future-state processes across an end-to-end workflow.
You’ll work closely with the Lead Business Analyst, helping bridge current-state operations with a new technology landscape—ensuring processes are clearly defined, scalable, and fit for purpose.
Sitting within the process workstream, you’ll support the definition, analysis, and documentation of future-state processes, contributing to confident and effective design decisions across the programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Mapping & Documentation – Capture and maintain future-state process maps and supporting artefacts
- Stakeholder Engagement & Workshops – Support the preparation and facilitation of workshops, capturing actions and tracking dependencies
- Gap & Impact Analysis – Identify gaps between current and future-state processes, highlighting impacts from technology changes
- Workstream Coordination & QA – Track deliverables, manage actions, and flag risks or blockers to keep the programme on track
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst within complex transformation programmes
- Strong background working in Pharma
- Strong process mapping capability (BPMN or similar)
- Experience supporting workshops with cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to analyse current vs future-state processes and identify impacts
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
