Principal Business Analyst – London (3x a week onsite) - Hospitality/retail - £85,000 + benefits

Global Hospitality Client in Central London now requires a highly talented Principal Business Analyst to work on high impact Business Change and IT transformation programmes focused on optimising operating models, re-architecting core business processes, and enabling scalable growth.

The Principal Business Analyst will demonstrate deep expertise in process mapping, as-is/to-be analysis, gap analysis, stakeholder engagement and translating business needs into actionable IT and operational solutions. Project exposure should include IT integration initiatives with third-party partners, as well as change and transformation programmes across complex, multi-site environments.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving business landscape, with extensive experience delivering successful business change, process improvement, and IT transformation projects.

Key Requirements

• Retail or hospitality industry experience
• Proven as-is/to-be process analysis and documentation skills
• Advanced process mapping expertise
• Hands-on experience with IT integration projects
• Demonstrated success in transformation and change initiatives
• Strong business analysis experience within complex, multi-site environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Location : London bridge (3x a week)

Salary : £80-85,000 + benefits
