Service Transition Project Manager – Security Cleared - £700 pd Inside IR35

We’re helping our public sector client to recruit an experienced Senior Project Manager to support a major service transition programme, overseeing the transition of services between two large-scale providers within a highly visible and commercially sensitive environment. This is a key role within a complex transformation programme, requiring someone who can operate autonomously, engage confidently with senior stakeholders, and drive delivery across multiple workstreams.

As Service Transition Project Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of critical transition activities, ensuring delivery remains aligned to programme objectives, timelines, and commercial commitments. You’ll act as a trusted advisor across internal teams, suppliers, and client stakeholders while navigating a fast-paced and politically sensitive environment.

Key Skills:

• Strong track record delivering complex service transition or transformation projects
• Experience managing large-scale supplier or outsourcing transitions
• Excellent commercial, financial, and risk management capability
• Experience operating within regulated or highly governed environments
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence decision-making
• Current Security Clearance is essential

Rate: £700 per day Inside IR35
