Salesforce Trainer

We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce Trainer to join client’s Change Management team. This role will focus on designing and delivering engaging, practical training that enables users to confidently adopt Salesforce in their day-to-day roles.

This is not standard system training. The emphasis is on translating Salesforce functionality into real business scenarios, ensuring users gain meaningful, applied understanding and build confidence through experience.

Key Skills:

• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce
• Proven experience delivering Salesforce training programmes
• Ability to design and facilitate interactive, experiential learning
• Skilled at translating technical concepts into practical business applications
• Confident, engaging communicator with strong facilitation skills
• Experience working in dynamic, change-driven environments

Rate: £550 per day Inside IR35

Duration: 2 months initially – high likelihood to extend

Location: Hybrid/Central London
