Senior Business Analyst (SBA) – Daventry - £500p/d (Inside of IR35) – 3 Months

Rate: £500p/d (Inside of IR35) Location: Daventry

Leading Retail Client now requires a Senior Business Analyst to support a major automated deport programme.

The Business Analyst will play a key role in facilitating workshops, capturing and validating Change Requests (CRs), and delivering clear process improvements.

The ideal Business Analyst will have the following skills/experience:

• Strong facilitation skills – able to guide discussions and draw out input from diverse stakeholders.
• Proven experience in end-to-end requirements mapping for high-volume, critical CRs.
• Hands-on process mapping expertise with tools like Visio.
• Excellent stakeholder management – confident engaging senior leaders and building consensus.
• Strong analytical thinking – quickly identify process gaps and capture nuances.
• Exceptional documentation and communication skills – producing material suitable for sign-off.
• Experience managing end-to-end change control processes and facilitating collaborative workshops, ideally within large-scale capex programmes.

Day rate: £500/day

Location: Daventry – occasional travel for workshops. Must be able to drive.
