Senior project Manager - Hybrid - Middlesbrough - Aviation - £80,000
Our cutting-edge aviation SaaS provider is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join them on a permanent basis, leading the end-to-end delivery of enterprise software implementations for a growing portfolio of global customers.
This is a greenfield opportunity where you will not only lead complex customer programmes but also establish the frameworks, processes, governance and reporting structures that will underpin the organisation's global implementation function. With customer projects ready to commence, you will step straight into a meaningful delivery role while helping shape how programme management operates long term.
Working closely with other teams you will ensure that every customer receives a consistent, high-quality implementation experience, while also supporting internal initiatives, including upcoming AI and automation projects.
Key Requirements:
- Aviation industry background
- Solid Project/programme management experience, ideally in enterprise software/SaaS implementations
- Experienced in full implementation life cycle
- Programme governance
- Project methodologies and PM tools
- Ability to work hands-on in a lean, fast-moving environment
- Stakeholder management

Location: Middlesbrough (2/3x a week onsite)
