Overview

An experienced Integrations Manager is required to lead a small team of integration engineers within a large-scale cloud transformation programme. This is a hands-on technical leadership role, combining people management, architecture ownership, and active development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and supporting enterprise integrations across a modern Azure integration platform while leading the migration from a legacy integration estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of integration engineers.
  • Design and deliver complex integrations across enterprise SaaS and internal systems.
  • Define integration architecture, standards, and best practices.
  • Build and support solutions using Azure Integration Services, including API Management, Logic Apps, Function Apps, Service Bus, and Event Grid.
  • Oversee migration from a legacy integration platform to Azure-native services.
  • Review code, support engineering delivery, and contribute directly to development.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, security, and operational processes.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for critical integration incidents.
  • Work closely with technology, data, and business stakeholders.

Essential Experience

  • 8+ years in integration or API engineering.
  • Recent hands-on experience building production integrations on Azure.
  • Experience leading or line-managing engineering teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure Integration Services, API design, security, and event-driven architecture.
  • Experience integrating enterprise SaaS platforms (e.g., HR, finance, CRM, or operational systems).
  • Strong understanding of DevOps, observability, and cloud engineering practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable

  • Microsoft Azure certifications.
  • Experience migrating from legacy integration platforms to cloud-native architectures.
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing industries.
