An established, fast-growing technology business is looking for a Software Test Engineer to help strengthen its QA and testing capability.
You’ll join a collaborative product and engineering team focused on continuous improvement, quality, and delivery speed across multiple software releases.

Role Summary
As a key member of the engineering team, you’ll be responsible for both manual and automated testing , supporting new feature releases and regression cycles.
You’ll design and execute test cases, implement automation frameworks, and work closely with developers and product teams to ensure robust, reliable software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and document functional, regression, and exploratory testing .
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, SpecFlow, Postman).
- Manage and maintain test suites within Azure DevOps or similar tools.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and support teams to identify issues early.
- Conduct root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement across QA processes.
- Recommend tools and methods to improve automation coverage and testing efficiency.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- 3+ years’ experience in software testing or QA engineering.
- Strong background in manual testing with exposure to automation (roughly 60/40 split).
- Experience testing APIs (e.g., Postman).
- Familiarity with programming/scripting (C#, Java, or Python).
- Confident working in agile environments using Azure DevOps or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills and eye for detail.
Desirable
- Experience with Selenium, SpecFlow, Appium, or Robot Framework.
- ISTQB or equivalent software testing certifications.
- Understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and automation strategies.
