Salary: £40,000 plus 17.5% bonus and other Veolia benefits

Location: Hybrid working 3 days in our London head office N1 9JY

What you'll be doing:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear and concise requirements.
  
• Conducting feasibility studies: Assess the viability of proposed solutions by analyzing costs, benefits, and risks.
  
• Analysing and documenting business processes: Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in existing processes.
  
• Creating functional specifications: Define the detailed requirements for software development or system enhancements.
  
• Collaborating with the digital transformation team and internal stakeholders: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that the proposed solutions meet the business requirements.
  
• Conducting user acceptance testing: Validate that the implemented solutions meet the business needs and perform a
  

What we're looking for:

Essential:

• GCSE A-C,
  
• At least one programming language (JavaScript, or C#) or experience with web design or development or Content Management Tools
  
• Experience in gathering and documenting business processes and/or requirements
  
• Attention to detail,
  
• Good Communicator
  
• Experience with Salesforce and Operational Systems
  

Desirable:

• Understanding of UI and UX best practises
  
• Experience within the Waste Industry
  
• Degree or BCS Practitioner in Business Analysis
  
• Competent use of Lucid Charts
  
• Google Suite with excellent knowledge of Google Sheets, including pivot tables, v-lookups and general data manipulation.
  
• Working knowledge of SQL
