Salary: £40,000 plus 17.5% bonus and other Veolia benefits

Location: Hybrid working 3 days in our London head office N1 9JY

What you'll be doing:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear and concise requirements.
- Conducting feasibility studies: Assess the viability of proposed solutions by analyzing costs, benefits, and risks.
- Analysing and documenting business processes: Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in existing processes.
- Creating functional specifications: Define the detailed requirements for software development or system enhancements.
- Collaborating with the digital transformation team and internal stakeholders: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that the proposed solutions meet the business requirements.

What we're looking for:
Essential:
- GCSE A-C,
- At least one programming language (JavaScript, or C#) or experience with web design or development or Content Management Tools
- Experience in gathering and documenting business processes and/or requirements
- Attention to detail,
- Good Communicator
- Experience with Salesforce and Operational Systems
Desirable:
- Understanding of UI and UX best practises
- Experience within the Waste Industry
- Degree or BCS Practitioner in Business Analysis
- Competent use of Lucid Charts
- Google Suite with excellent knowledge of Google Sheets, including pivot tables, v-lookups and general data manipulation.
- Working knowledge of SQL
