Role Description This is a full-time remote Salesperson role responsible for identifying prospects, nurturing leads, and closing new business for Verafy Ltd’s solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting outbound outreach, responding to inbound inquiries, organizing product demonstrations, and clearly communicating the value of Verafy’s offerings to potential customers. The Salesperson will maintain a structured pipeline, track activities in the CRM, follow up consistently with leads, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and address client needs. The role also includes preparing proposals, negotiating terms within established guidelines, and ensuring a smooth handover to account management or customer success teams after the sale. Performance will be measured against sales targets, activity metrics, and customer satisfaction, with opportunities for growth based on results.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B or technology sales, including managing a full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions in clear, accessible language.
- Comfort working in a remote environment, including effective time management, self-motivation, and ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales analytics, with the ability to maintain accurate records and use data to improve performance.
- Customer-centric mindset, active listening skills, and the ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn about Verafy Ltd’s products, target markets, and industry trends to stay current and credible in client conversations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in a sales-focused role.
