GA4 - Analytics Technical Manager

About the job

Senior Analytics Manager | Remote/Hybrid (UK-based) | Up to £70K

Want to learn from some of the UK's leading Google Marketing Platform experts, while genuinely shaping the direction of a fast-growing analytics agency?

This is a newly created senior role with a scale-up that helps clients embed data at the heart of their business strategy — specialising in measurement, privacy and activation across the Google Marketing Platform. You'll join as an early team member with real influence over how the agency grows, not just another hire filling a seat.

What you'll be doing:

Partnering with clients to define and develop measurement strategy

Leading analytics audits for new business, and delivering full GA4 configurations

Working directly with client developers to design dataLayer schemas

Implementing GA4 across GTM, Tealium and other tag management platforms

Owning client relationships as a true partner — not a supplier

Line managing and mentoring a small delivery team

Staying ahead of trends and innovation across web analytics and data

What you'll bring:

3+ years' hands-on experience, working at expert level with GA4 — essential

Strong GTM knowledge — essential

Broader GMP experience: BigQuery, Looker Studio, DV360, SA360

A track record delivering technically complex projects across varied industries

Comfort with JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, Python or HTML

Experience managing or mentoring others

A self-starter mindset — curious, driven, client-obsesse

The details:

Up to £70,000 depending on experience

Fully remote — must be based in the UK with the right to work in the UK

Close-knit, family-feel culture with real say in the agency's future

Please only apply if you have the relevant experience.

If you're technically sharp, love solving complex analytics problems, and want a role where your voice actually matters — we'd love to hear from you.
