The Company
We're working with a fast-growing international digital agency with a strong presence across the UK, Europe and the US. They partner with ambitious B2B and B2C brands across technology, SaaS, consumer and digital-first sectors, delivering integrated campaigns across web, CRM, creative, digital content, brand and customer experience.
This is a fully remote role within a high-performing client services team, managing a portfolio of established and high-growth accounts.
The Role
They're looking for a Senior Account Manager (or an Account Director who prefers a hands-on role) to take full ownership of key client relationships and drive both delivery and commercial growth.
You will:
- Act as the senior day-to-day contact for your clients, leading communication and shaping the relationship
- Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B and B2C accounts, proactively identifying opportunities to upsell, cross-sell and expand scope
- Challenge briefs, add strategic value and guide clients toward high-impact web, CRM, creative and digital solutions
- Work closely with strategy, creative, UX, CRM and digital teams to deliver integrated campaigns
- Support pitches, proposals and account growth planning
- Develop a deep understanding of client businesses, products, audiences and competitive landscape
- Track account performance against objectives and KPIs, ensuring quality and consistency of delivery
- Build long-term partnerships based on trust, insight and commercial value
- Support junior team members and contribute to wider client services best practice
Your focus is on client leadership, commercial growth, strategic oversight and high-quality delivery.
About You
You'll thrive in this role if you:
- Have strong agency experience across web, CRM, creative and digital channels
- Have a proven track record of growing accounts year-on-year through upselling, cross-selling and scope expansion
- Have experience working with both B2B and B2C brands
- Operate comfortably at Senior Account Manager or Account Director level
- Can challenge clients constructively and build trust quickly
- Understand digital ecosystems, content strategy, campaigns and customer journeys
- Are commercially minded and confident owning revenue within your accounts
- Enjoy working fully remotely and collaborating with distributed teams
Desirable
- Experience working with enterprise technology or SaaS clients
- Exposure to CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Marketo
- Experience across web builds and content-led campaigns
- Comfortable contributing to strategic discussions and pitch development
