Automation SCADA Engineer -  Dairy Industry Experience

Location: Newport and/or Remote

Salary: £40k-£70k + Bonus + Pension

Automation SCADA Engineer required by fast-growing engineering company delivering complex process automation projects around the world!

The role covers the full project lifecycle, from customer requirements and system design through PLC/SCADA development, testing and commissioning to final handover

The role:

You'll be responsible for designing and developing PLC/SCADA control systems, working across projects from initial customer requirements through to testing, commissioning and service. This includes FDS writing, software development, project execution and customer contact

Essential:

• 3+ years' PLC/SCADA programming experience
• Dairy industry automation experience
• Siemens, Allen Bradley, ABB 800xA, Schneider/Modicon, Mitsubishi, Wonderware and/or WinCC
• Testing and commissioning experience
• Strong customer communication skills

Nice to have:

• ISA S88 and/or S95
• FDS writing
• MES experience
• Experience delivering projects from design through to commissioning
