Senior IT Support Engineer – Windows / Cloud Platforms

Location: Remote / 1 day per month in Oxford

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + Bonus + Benefits

A growing Top Tech Company is looking to add Senior IT Support Engineers  to its operations team supporting large-scale, high-availability production platforms used globally

This is a hands-on infrastructure role supporting high-availability Windows Server and cloud environments within a large-scale production platform. This is NOT a desktop support or service desk position

Essential:

• Enterprise Windows Server experience
• IIS, Failover Clustering and Microsoft NLB
• Microsoft 365 / Entra ID administration
• AWS & Cloudflare exposure
• PowerShell / automation experience
• Experience supporting production/server environments
• Strong infrastructure troubleshooting skills
• Able to work remotely with 1 day per month in Oxford

Nice to have:
• Linux administration
