This is a varied, challenging role in a talented team where you’ll be focused on BAU support, monitoring, and maintenance of live production systems.

Essential:

• Experience supporting critical infrastructure and live environments
• Microsoft Windows Server (IIS, NLB, RDS)
• VMware and/or Hyper-V virtualisation
• Active Directory, DNS

Nice to have:

• PowerShell Scripting
• Experience in a 24/7 shift-based IT support environment
