With huge growth plans and following a sustained period of wins, this is an opportunity to put your stamp on a brand new CS set up, leading and developing a small team.
Reporting to C-Suite, this exciting new role will see you involved in a broad remit from cs process / roadmap creation and UX/UI improvement through to commercial growth deployment and new customer onboarding.
We’re keen to talk to those with CPG / Retail customer relationship management experience along with an impressive track record of revenue growth via renewals and x-selling.
