Senior Software Engineer (Medical AI)

We're working with a well-funded Medical AI start-up that is seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer to help buildout sophisticated tooling and infrastructure that will power their groundbreaking generative AI models.

This is a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of advanced software engineering and frontier AI research, building systems that directly enable breakthroughs in drug development and patient care.

You'll be:

• Working alongside ML Researchers and creating novel solutions to complex problems that haven't been solved before
• Designing , developing and implementing sophisticated Python-based tools, robust APIs they need to train, evaluate and deploy models at unprecedented scale.
• Architect and implement distributed systems that can handle computational demands of training foundational models on large datasets.

About you:

• Strong Python coding experience
• Experience developing research tooling /toolkits and APIs
• Experience working with large, complex datasets
• Strong academic background
