Administrator
Our client is a strategic technology partner based in Greenhithe who are looking to onboard 4x contract based administrative staff.
This role will operate Monday to Friday 9.00am - 17.30pm.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records in our booking and tracking systems
- Liaise with clients, engineers and internal teams to confirm schedules and logistics
- Coordinate and track equipment being shipped to and from sites
- Support the operations or service desk team with general admin and reporting
To qualify:
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Due to the nature of some of their clients, candidates must be eligible for BPSS / UK SC
- Must have 1+ years experience in an administritive role
- Must be confident using basic MS office / Excel
- Must be able to commute to Greenhithe five days per week
