Administrator

Our client is a strategic technology partner based in Greenhithe who are looking to onboard 4x contract based administrative staff.

This role will operate Monday to Friday 9.00am - 17.30pm.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Maintain accurate records in our booking and tracking systems 
  • Liaise with clients, engineers and internal teams to confirm schedules and logistics 
  • Coordinate and track equipment being shipped to and from sites 
  • Support the operations or service desk team with general admin and reporting 

To qualify: 

  • Must have excellent communication skills 
  • Due to the nature of some of their clients, candidates must be eligible for BPSS / UK SC 
  • Must have 1+ years experience in an administritive role 
  • Must be confident using basic MS office / Excel 
  • Must be able to commute to Greenhithe five days per week
