Account Manager - FMCG

We're looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join a fast-growing, data-driven MarTech business in the retail/ FMCG space.

Partnering with leading brands, the company delivers measurable commercial impact and is now entering an exciting phase of growth, with a strong emphasis on deepening client relationships, increasing recurring revenue and scaling long-term value.

You'll take ownership of a portfolio of established clients, acting as a trusted advisor to help them achieve their goals while uncovering new opportunities for growth. This is a high-impact role with strong visibility across the business, close collaboration with Marketing, Operations and Sales, and the opportunity to influence both client strategy and product development.

The Role

  • Own and develop a portfolio of existing client accounts, ensuring campaigns deliver against agreed objectives
  • Identify and convert commercial opportunities within current accounts, including transitioning clients from PAYG to subscription models
  • Act as the primary point of contact, building strong, long-term client relationships
  • Oversee campaign performance, optimising spend, engagement and redemption
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations and Sales to ensure seamless execution
  • Manage contracts, invoicing and payments accurately in line with internal processes

About You

  • Confident working with senior stakeholders and managing multiple campaigns
  • Highly organised, proactive and collaborative
  • Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, scaling environment
