Client Support Executive

The Opportunity:
As a Client Services Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting retail and brand clients throughout the lifecycle of promotional campaigns.
You'll work closely with Customer Success, Commercial, Operations, and Technical teams, helping to coordinate campaigns, solve problems, analyse performance, and ensure clients receive a first-class experience. This role offers fantastic exposure to client services, account management, campaign delivery, and commercial operations, making it an ideal next step for someone looking to accelerate their career within a growing technology business.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, retailers, and internal stakeholders.
- Support the setup, execution, and ongoing management of promotional campaigns.
- Build strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and responsive support.
- Coordinate campaign activity across multiple departments and external partners.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting and insights to clients.
- Investigate and resolve operational or campaign-related issues.
- Support client onboarding, training, and ongoing account support.
- Assist with purchase orders, invoicing processes, and commercial administration.
- Maintain accurate campaign and operational data across internal systems.
- Work collaboratively with wider teams to deliver excellent service and client outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience.
Requirements:
- Experience in client services, customer service, account support, customer success, operations, or administration.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Confidence working with data, reporting, and operational processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365.
- A positive, collaborative attitude and desire to learn and develop.
