Digital Platforms & Programme Manager (FMCG)

Over the past decade, the organisation has invested heavily in building a sophisticated digital ecosystem spanning consumer platforms, websites, marketing technology and data infrastructure. As digital capability continues to evolve across the business, they are now looking to appoint a Digital Platforms & Programme Manager to play a key role in delivering and optimising the technology platforms that support their digital strategy.
This role sits at the intersection of digital, technology and business stakeholders, ensuring that digital platforms are implemented effectively and that key initiatives are delivered successfully across the organisation.
The Role:
As Digital Platforms & Programme Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery and optimisation of key digital platform initiatives across the business. Working closely with teams across digital, marketing, data and technology, you will ensure that platforms are implemented effectively, projects are delivered successfully and the organisation is equipped with the right technology capabilities to support future growth. This is a highly collaborative role focused on platform implementation, programme delivery and stakeholder management, rather than marketing execution.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the end-to-end delivery of digital platform initiatives, from requirements gathering through to implementation and optimisation
- Managing multiple digital projects and platform rollouts across websites, marketing technology and consumer engagement platforms
- Translating business needs into clear project plans, delivery roadmaps and platform requirements
- Coordinating delivery across digital, marketing, technology and data teams, as well as external technology partners
- Ensuring digital platforms are implemented effectively and aligned with the organisation’s broader digital strategy
- Managing project timelines, risks and dependencies to ensure successful delivery
- Supporting the ongoing optimisation and development of the organisation’s digital technology ecosystem
Requirements:
- Experience delivering digital platform or technology initiatives within complex organisations
- Strong project or programme management experience across digital, technology or transformation initiatives
- Experience working with digital platforms, websites, marketing technology or data platforms
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders across digital, marketing and technology teams
- Comfortable translating business requirements into practical platform solutions and delivery plans
- Experience working with external vendors or technology partners is advantageous
