Senior Client Manager
We're seeking an experienced Senior Client Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic advertiser accounts within a high growth AdTech.
This is a commercially driven role, using insight to hit client growth and retention targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop strategic client relationships
- Own commercial discussions including pricing, budgets, forecasting, and revenue delivery,
- Create and optimise campaign strategies to achieve client objectives.
- Analyse and present campaign performance against KPI's.
- Identify upsell opportunities and support new business growth.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and mentor junior team members when required.
Requirements
- Proven account management experience within digital advertising, media, marketing, or agency environments.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, pricing discussions, and revenue targets.
- Ability to interpret complex data and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
