Senior Client Manager

We're seeking an experienced Senior Client Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic advertiser accounts within a high growth AdTech.

This is a commercially driven role, using insight to hit client growth and retention targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop strategic client relationships
  • Own commercial discussions including pricing, budgets, forecasting, and revenue delivery,
  • Create and optimise campaign strategies to achieve client objectives.
  • Analyse and present campaign performance against KPI's.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and support new business growth.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and mentor junior team members when required.

Requirements

  • Proven account management experience within digital advertising, media, marketing, or agency environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, pricing discussions, and revenue targets.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
