Job Title: IT Account Manager
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 uncapped commission
Employment: Full-time, perm
Location: Rotherham (easily commutable from Sheffield, Barnsley, and Chesterfield)
  
Verus is delighted to be supporting a local MSP that is looking for an Account Manager to join their vibrant team. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in sales, possess some technical knowledge and loves building relationships with others.
  
Responsibilities

• Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients
• Developing an understanding of client's business needs and goals
• Communicating with clients to ensure their satisfaction
• You will build and manage a sales pipeline
• Keeping up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices

  
Essential

• Flourish in a fast-paced work environment
• Have a proven record of sales accomplishments.
• Excellent communication skills
• Great attention to detail and analytical thinking abilities
• Maintain a positive attitude
• Exhibit strong time-management and organisational skills

  
Desirable

• Demonstrate comprehensive market knowledge of Microsoft 365, storage, cloud technologies, and managed IT services.
• Display proficiency with industry-specific vendors, such as Microsoft and VMware
• Previous experience working in IT or a related sector
