Who We’re Looking For

VeryConnect is seeking a confident, proactive team member to take on the role of Customer Onboarding within our Customer Success team. You’ll focus on onboarding new customers onto the membership platform, acting as their primary point of contact to provide guidance, support and training from initial implementation to product adoption. The successful candidate should be comfortable working within a fast-paced digital business, have the initiative to deliver what’s needed for the success of the business and be driven to progress their career with VeryConnect.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • End-to-End Delivery Ownership: Take full command of the customer journey from the moment the contract is signed through to full product adoption. You are the project lead and the face of VeryConnect during this critical phase.
  • Strategic Implementation: Lead discovery sessions to capture complex requirements. You’ll project manage the specification and development of bespoke platform features to ensure they meet the client's unique goals.
  • High-Impact Training & Enablement: Facilitate engaging online meetings and training sessions. You’ll teach them how to achieve their business KPIs using our suite of tools.
  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the vital link between Customer Success, Sales, and Development. You will translate customer feedback into actionable tasks, directly contributing to our product roadmap.
  • Project Governance & Excellence: Maintain rigorous standards by tracking actions in our CRM and managing product issue trackers).
  • Process Optimisation: You’ll constantly refine our onboarding documentation and workflows to make future customer’s onboarding journeys even smoother.

Experience & Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in a customer-facing role within a digital business, SaaS, or tech startup environment.
  • Proven ability to manage projects with a sharp eye for detail and accuracy.
  • A good graduate degree or equivalent professional experience in a digital/online business.
  • Adaptable Mindset: Comfortable shifting hours occasionally to support our growing international customer base as demand dictates.
  • Right to Work: You must have a valid right to live and work in the UK.
