My client based in Ammanford are seeking an I.T First Line Support to join their well-established successful business in the manufacturing industry. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide frontline technical support to end users, resolving IT-related issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

What you will require to be successful:

• Previous experience in a 1st line support role
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Good attention to detail & excellent problem-solving skills
• Experience with O365, SharePoint/OneDrive and Active Directory
• Troubleshooting and diagnostic experience via logs and reports
