Viewery is an AI-powered buyer intelligence platform for UK estate agents. We capture post-viewing buyer feedback via AI voice technology and transform it into structured insights that help agents win vendor instructions, manage price conversations, and shorten sales cycles.

We're pre-revenue, founder-led, and looking for a hungry SDR to own outbound and build the early sales pipeline from scratch.

## The Role

You'll be the first dedicated outbound hire. Your job is to generate qualified demo bookings with independent UK estate agency branch managers and directors through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.

This is not a scripted dialler role. You'll be testing messaging, iterating on what lands, and feeding learnings back to the founder. Expect to operate with high autonomy and minimal hand-holding.

## What You'll Do

- Run multi-channel outbound campaigns targeting UK independent estate agency branches (cold calls, cold email sequences, LinkedIn)

- Book qualified demo calls with branch managers, directors, and valuers

- Test and iterate on outreach messaging — what objections come up, what hooks land, what gets hung up on

- Maintain and update the prospect database (HubSpot / spreadsheet)

- Report weekly on activity metrics (calls made, emails sent, replies, demos booked) and qualitative learnings

- Collaborate directly with the founder on positioning and pitch refinement

## What We're Looking For

- Experience in outbound B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or PropTech

- Comfortable cold calling UK SMBs — specifically owner-operators and branch managers who are busy and sceptical of tech

- Strong spoken and written English (you'll be calling UK estate agents daily)

- Self-starter who can operate independently with minimal structure

- Thick skin, short feedback loops, bias toward action

- Familiarity with UK estate agency market is a strong plus but not required

## Compensation

- **Commission:** 20% of Annual Contract Value on closed deals you source (e.g. 2 deals/week = ~£2,280/month ODE)

- **Equity:** Equity stake with vesting terms discussed individually

- No base salary at this stage — this is a high-upside, performance-driven role suited to someone who backs themselves

- Ideal for someone combining with other part-time work or building their own sales portfolio
