Duck Creek Technical Lead

We are seeking a hands-on Duck Creek Technical Lead for an enterprise-level systems migration pipeline. Operating within a collaborative "three-in-a-box" delivery model alongside Program Directors and Product Owners, you will take immediate operational ownership of environment architecture and end-to-end data migration validation protocols.

This is a critical contract assignment designed for a heavyweight specialist who can cut through complex multi-vendor integration friction and protect active project timelines with zero hand-holding.

Key Responsibilities

Policy & Billing Governance: Act as the primary technical subject matter expert for the design, configuration, and migration pathways of all Duck Creek Policy and Billing modules.
Environment Orchestration: Take full technical ownership of establishing, configuring, and maintaining robust Duck Creek environments to support ongoing testing, system integrations, and transactional stability.
Migration Alignment & Testing: Diagnose and remediate critical data mismatches and mapping anomalies resulting from Legacy core systems migrations.
Distributed Team Leadership: Coordinate and oversee technical deliverables across hybrid onshore and offshore engineering, development, and testing teams.

Required Technical Skills & Experience

Proven track record operating as a Technical Lead or Senior Integration Architect on large-scale, multi-vendor Duck Creek transformation programs.
Essential: Deep, comprehensive architectural knowledge of Duck Creek Policy and Duck Creek Billing suites.

Extensive hands-on experience troubleshooting complex data migration pipelines, account ledger schemas, billing cycle rules, and automated regression testing suites.
Strong collaborative capability, with a background supporting large-scale insurance integrations, joint-venture separations, or third-party underwriting data hands-offs

This will be a fully remote role; some occasional travel may be required
