Network Engineer

Network Engineer | Watchguard FireCluster Specialist | Onsite | Merseyside | Outside IR35

My client is looking for a Network / Firewall Engineer who specialises in Watchguard Firewall specifically, Watchguard FireCluster.

The successful candidate must be a highly experienced WatchGuard specialist who can hit the ground running and provide deep technical input onsite in Merseyside.

Key Responsibilities for the Network Engineer:

'         •      Conduct a full audit and health check of the current WatchGuard FireCluster setup.'         •      Implement configuration improvements.'         •      Provide best practice guidance on Watchguard FireCluster rules, VPNs and traffic management.'         •      Fix the problems on the FireCluster or point to the root cause of the related issue.

Network Engineer Experience/ Technologies

'         •      Proven experience with WatchGuard FireCluster and Firewall configurations.'         •      Strong knowledge of Network security and management.'         •      Delivery of well executed and fast paced results in a short time frame.'         •      Good communication.

Must be available to work on-site in Merseyside.
