Morela is partnered with a fast-growing, forward-thinking ServiceNow consultancy that's making serious waves in the industry. As they continue to scale, they're looking for a ServiceNow Delivery Lead to help take their project delivery to the next level. Someone who doesn't just manage timelines but brings energy, leadership, and real value to every project they touch.

In this role, you'll lead ServiceNow implementations from end to end working directly with clients, guiding delivery teams, and ensuring each project lands with impact. You'll play a key role in shaping how delivery works across the organisation, while also getting stuck into exciting, high-profile projects.

What you'll be doing: Leading the full lifecycle of ServiceNow projects (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and more). Acting as the main point of contact for clients building trust and translating their needs into real outcomes. Managing delivery across scope, timelines, resources, risks, and budgets. Collaborating with architects, developers, analysts, and QA to make things happen. Applying Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods as needed (and knowing when to pivot). Supporting pre-sales and helping shape delivery strategies. Mentoring junior team members and contributing to a culture of excellence.

What we're looking for: Proven experience delivering ServiceNow projects within a consultancy or complex enterprise environment. Deep knowledge of ServiceNow, especially core modules like ITOM, HRSD, or SecOps. Strong project management skills and familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. ServiceNow certifications (CSA, Implementation Specialist) highly desirable. Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) are a bonus.
