IT Service Manager
Following a recent decision to split IT security and governance work from operational support, we now have a vacancy for a dedicated IT Service Manager to focus on delivering an excellent user experience across our organisation.
Key responsibilities include:-
- Team leadership
- Service desk and user support
- Infrastructure maintenance
- Asset and licence management
- Documentation and processes
- Vendor and MSP co-ordination
- Continuous improvement
- Governance alignment
We are importers and processors of food ingredients which we supply to top food manufacturers, managing complex technical supply chains across the world. We operate across two office and warehouse sites in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, one of which also houses our manufacturing facility.
Our risk management systems are well developed and we hold CyberEssentials Plus accreditation.
