  Qualifications
  10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, with at least 5+ years in engine

• ering leadership.
  Proven experience leading distributed, remote-first

• engineering teams.
  Strong background in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern software dev

• elopment practices.
  Demonstrated success in delivering complex, large-scale pro

• ducts in production.
  Deep experience with AI-driven engineering practices (e.g., AI code generation, automated QA, int

• elligent monitoring).
  Experience embedding AI features into SaaS produc
