We’re looking for a CRM Manager – HubSpot Specialist to take ownership of our customer journey, CRM strategy, and client lifecycle management.

This is not just a technical HubSpot role. It’s a strategic position focused on improving customer experience, retention, automation, and data-driven decision-making.

The Role

As our CRM Manager, you will:

  • Own and manage HubSpot CRM (structure, workflows, automation, reporting)
  • Design and optimize the end-to-end customer journey
  • Improve client onboarding, engagement, and retention flows
  • Build and manage email campaigns & lifecycle marketing automation
  • Develop dashboards and performance reporting
  • Ensure data accuracy, segmentation, and CRM hygiene
  • Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Client Care teams
  • Identify automation opportunities to improve client care processes
  • Support customer communication strategy across touchpoints

This role blends strategy, analytics, and execution.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

CRM & Automation

  • workflows, pipelines, and automation sequences
  • Implement lead scoring & segmentation strategies
  • Manage integrations with other systems
  • Improve reporting visibility across teams

Customer Journey & Client Care

  • Map and improve onboarding processes
  • Optimize follow-up and retention communication
  • Support proactive client engagement initiatives
  • Monitor churn signals and create re-engagement flows

Data & Insights

  • Track KPIs (conversion rates, retention, engagement, lifecycle performance)
  • Analyse customer behaviour and suggest improvements
  • Present insights and recommendations to leadership

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year experience managing HubSpot CRM
  • experience with automation workflows
  • Deep understanding of customer lifecycle management
  • Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven
  • Comfortable taking ownership and driving improvements
