We’re looking for a CRM Manager – HubSpot Specialist to take ownership of our customer journey, CRM strategy, and client lifecycle management.
This is not just a technical HubSpot role. It’s a strategic position focused on improving customer experience, retention, automation, and data-driven decision-making.

The Role
As our CRM Manager, you will:
- Own and manage HubSpot CRM (structure, workflows, automation, reporting)
- Design and optimize the end-to-end customer journey
- Improve client onboarding, engagement, and retention flows
- Build and manage email campaigns & lifecycle marketing automation
- Develop dashboards and performance reporting
- Ensure data accuracy, segmentation, and CRM hygiene
- Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Client Care teams
- Identify automation opportunities to improve client care processes
- Support customer communication strategy across touchpoints
This role blends strategy, analytics, and execution.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
CRM & Automation
- workflows, pipelines, and automation sequences
- Implement lead scoring & segmentation strategies
- Manage integrations with other systems
- Improve reporting visibility across teams
Customer Journey & Client Care
- Map and improve onboarding processes
- Optimize follow-up and retention communication
- Support proactive client engagement initiatives
- Monitor churn signals and create re-engagement flows
Data & Insights
- Track KPIs (conversion rates, retention, engagement, lifecycle performance)
- Analyse customer behaviour and suggest improvements
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year experience managing HubSpot CRM
- experience with automation workflows
- Deep understanding of customer lifecycle management
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills
- Experience working cross-functionally
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- Comfortable taking ownership and driving improvements
